Had they this place while I had a layover flight here. Heard some good stuff about this place and I'm glad hi got to try it. So yummy and tasty especially those fries, so much flavor. Had the tender but was too full to try and actually breast piece.
Oh my Lord. Best place ever for biscuits and chicken tenders.
Love Bojangles, so any time I can enjoy a meal at a Bojangles I sure do as there is none left in Florida!
Quick bite while waiting to fly home. Food - 3 piece dinner was hot, crispy and delicious followed by cool sweet tea. Biscuit was a little dry, but hit the spot. Service was prompt and efficient. Thank you, ladies.
At the very least, come for the biscuits. Especially the blueberry, although you can't go wrong with the cinnamon flavor! Buttery, flavorful - makes your flight wait enjoyable here
The food is delicious. Wish they had locations in Los Angeles!
My favorite speedy fried chicken spot
Garbage, uncooked chicken. Bad costumer service.
Delicious as always! I hit Bojangles anytime that I travel to the south....can't beat their chicken, dirty rice or the sweet tea!
Such a treat if you're in Atlanta.
Fried chicken and sides were up to par, but the biscuits on our Cajun filet biscuits were a tad burnt.
Located near the train escalators in Terminal T, this is my go-to option when laying over in the Atlanta airport. The service is prompt, and the food is the same deliciousness you can expect at any Bojangles. Who doesn't want to stop in for a quick Cajun Fil-A Biscuit?!
Visiting Atlanta, Bojangle's is delicious! Highly recommended.
Cold old french fries. Cold sandwich. No butter for cold biscuits. Cold chicken. All we wanted was some good ole Bojangles during our layover. Disappointed.
Chicken was dry and old. Rice was the same dry and cold.
The chicken biscuit and bo-rounds were flavorful, fresh and hot. The added bonus was the staff with great personalities early morning. Kudos Treavous.
Although the food is good, you can't depend on the airport location to open on time. Website says they open at 530 and it is rare that they actually open on time. I am writing this at 625 and they are still closed. Pretty disappointing execution.
If you're flying from a state that doesn't have Bojangles and you like fried chicken, do yourself a favor and try some Bojangles. Hands down better than KFC or any other national chain. Sure it may not be as good as a mom n pop fried chicken spot, but it is the best chain fried chicken I've ever had. Try the chicken, try their biscuits, try all of their sides, it's all pretty delicious.
I don't understand how you run out of cole slaw during lunch. The staff was talking smack an not paying attention to the customers at the counter. The area in front of the drink dispenser was a mess and yhe staff did nothing after being told it was a mess. I would fire them all and start over.
disappointed at this trip to Bojangles. it's been years since I've been, so thought I'd go thru the drive through on my way to Florida. tenders were tough, dry, and cold. service was friendly, but I don't think I'll be going through a bojangles next time I head to Florida
Out of coffee at 12:30, and they were disorganized. Food took a long time to be served, and they seemed to have a hard time keeping track of the order. I watched 4-5 customers behind me get their food and leave, and I waited even after that, alone in line for a few more minutes. At least the food was delicious?
The breakfast sausage biscuit was unusually dry
What a great experience, my friends were visiting from Pakistan and they loved the food. We ordered the family plater and my gosh it was a lot of food. Enjoyed every bit of it.
Children was good. A little on the high side. But your at an airport
Meh... fast food, expensive, and average... it's because it's at the airport. Why does everything go down in quality and UP in price at the airport???
This place has amazing chicken and milk and butter cookies. The serve fresh everything and their service is fairly fast. They have a lot of options for foods, sides, drinks and desserts. I like the chicken supreme 4 peices with the dirty rice side. It was yummy.
Great food. Not quick service. An announcement for "cards only" at 8:37 pm when they closed at 10 and only boneless chicken when their biggest seller is their bone-in. Polite gentleman (possibly manager) working upfront, but no explanation as to why there was no cash acceptance or other chicken options aside from strips.
I come from a state that doesn’t have BJ.If I already wouldn’t of known how good it was,I would never get it again after having at the airport terminal T.If this is a corporate location fire everyone. If it’s a franchise, try to take it from the franchisee. They are real hurting the brand.
We were boarding our flight to Tampa this morning and we didn't have a chance to get breakfast before we left home so we grabbed a cajun chicken biscuit from Bojangles inside of airport in Atlanta, I've got to say that biscuit was the bomb it hit the spot. Thank you Bojangles.
Bojangles at ATL Airport: Ask for a Cajun Filet chicken sandwich and paid for it but was given a Cajun Filet chicken biscuit instead and was told we are only have chicken biscuit after waiting in line for a long time.
I waited for at least an hour they never had chicken and Bones they only had chicken strips it's look like to me say had them for a long time and they were trying to sell them before they were going to cook any more chicken. The manager came out and said we have everything but chicken I thought that was hilarious
Favorite chicken stop
Unprofessional.....the wait was too long. Tried to sell us old chicken. The manager was too loud, yelling at the workers, telling them to sell what you have first. We walked off and received better treatment at Paschal's
This place has some of the friendliest staff I've ever seen at a fast food place. Bojangles chicken biscuits are always one of the best buys you can get if you are eating out.
This Restaurant in the T terminal is perhaps the dirtiest most physically disgusting set up I have ever seen. Nothing was clean— food spilled all over the counter, sauces smeared all over the stainless steel. I asked for catch-up, and the worker pointed to a box full of catch-up. I stuck my hand in it; it was all wet. I said, “The catch-up is all wet,” and she answered “Well, that’s all I have.” Gross. Two workers were milling around doing nothing; they could’ve been cleaning. Clean up your act, Bojangle’s. (6/13/19: 10:57 pm)
Good chicken and mashed potatoes, busicut will literally evaporated your liquids though.
Bojangles is one of my fav places for biscuits. I was so happy it was by my gate. But they don’t start making fries until 10am. (Allegedly) boooooo.
Wow, can’t tell you how disappointing this was. My daughter talked about this restaurant for days as we were getting ready to have a layover in the Atlanta airport. Slow service, out of entrées, a non-caring staff. Ketchup thrown in a big box for you to grab if you wanted it. Being asked numerous times “what did you order? “ No apology for anything that was messed up or no longer available. For my first time at Bojangles, I will not be a return customer. It gets a two star because the chicken they did have, was good.
Awesome service and food for an airport. Recommend it if you are in a hurry.
Great experience this time not very great experiences on previous visits. It’s a shame ATL has 3 Popeyes and only 1 bojangles.
Wonderful and great service with fast employees. The food was fresh and delicious! I got the chicken tenders combo with mashed potatoes and was not disappointed. :)
Wish we could have this Fast Food Chicken spot in Detroit! Chicken was nicely spiced(I got the spicey chicken) well seasoned and juicy but could have been crispier, service was fast, friendly and very curtious but the biscuits were simply DELICIOUS! An excellent experience enroute from one gate to another at the ATL Airport. Will visit again!
The cashier takes your money and then prepares your food without washing hands or wearing gloves. Dealing with food directly after dealing with money is nasty!
The cook has a serious problem. Don't ask for a chicken sandwich with no mayo, she doesn't do "complicated orders." Honestly, the only reason we stopped there was because our plane was preparing to board and it was close to the terminal. We won't be back.
Good food just a little to much salt.
Surprisingly good for an airport location. The full menu from regular locations and tasted just as good as it would have in a stand-alone store. Service was fast and friendly, food was fresh and tasty, prices weren't incredibly inflated because of being in the airport.
Best friend said i would luv it but i didn't I'll stick to popeyes
Nothing special about it, not worth the calories. Apparently it's a very popular southern restaurant but if you told me they were selling reheated frozen fried chicken from Costco I'd beleieve it. The staff were very friendly but I didn't come to eat new friends
The woman working the register was very helpful since it was over 20 years since I have been to a Bo Jangles! The cajun patty was hot and fresh and nicely spicy. The hash browns were absolutely perfect! Then, we come to the beloved boberry biscuits, and they did not disappoint. It was very good for airport food!
If you need breakfast at the airport, this is pretty much your only option on T concourse.
